How is the host genome broken down upon invasion of a phage into the bacterium?

In the lytic cyle of a phage, host genome is hydrolysed into small fragments of DNA. Where do those enzymes hydrolysing the host DNA come from? Were they injected into the cell together with the phage genome? Or is it that the phage injects only its genome in the penetration phase and hydrolytic enzymes are produced inside the host cell?
