How can i cash or deposit a hm revenue and custom cheque from tax refund?

I received a cheque from hm revenue and custom but i'm not living in UK.
Where can i deposit or cash this cheque.
Oh, I'm living in Ecuador at the moment.

I do have a bank account in UK but I can't go within 6 month because of work.
