Can you help me find a P2P encrypted VPN/Proxy program?

 

A while back I read about a program that was a P2P encrypted proxy that worked by using each computer using the program to act as a proxy for every other person (30 people using it, means 30 encrypted proxies). In other words, a completely untraceable connection.
