Windows 7 L2TP/IPsec Instructions
To configure the L2TP/IPsec connection:
Open Network and Sharing Center in the Control Panel
Go to the Windows Menu, again Control Panel
Click on Network and Internet
Click on Network and Sharing Center
Click Setup a new amalgamation or network
Choose Affix to a address again Next
Click Use my Internet Amalgamation (VPN)
In the Internet address field, acquaint one of the after names:
